After School Care
Our After School Care Program is open to the students of Seashore Learning Center and Seashore Middle Academy from 2:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Teachers from SLC meet After School Care Staff in designated areas on the campus to transition the children to After School Care where they are provided a snack, given help with homework, along with various other activites, crafts and games. Children attending from SMA are picked up from the school and brought to the SLC campus.
After School Schedule
2:30-2:40 pick up
2:40-3:00 greeting & handwashing
3:00-3:15 snack
3:15-4:00 homework
4:00-4:30 outside (time extended with great weather)
4:30-5:30 Rotations: Building toys: Reading Corner; Writing Table; Teacher directed craft; board game table. Fridays are usually more relaxed day with popcorn and a movie.
5:30-6:00 Dismissal
