Seashore Middle Academy is a Texas Open-Enrollment Public Charter School. No tuition is required.
Open registration for new students will take place during the month of March. All students whose registration is in the office by March 31 will qualify for the April 1st lottery. Students who register after March 31st will have their name added to the waiting list (if class is full) in the order their registration is received.
Parents must complete:
- Registration Form
- Record Request Form
Parents must provide:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Copy of Shot Record
- Proof of Residence
Copy of one form of the following documents serves as Proof of Residence:
(a) current utility bill with a valid physical address (no Post Office Box);
(b) current rental/lease agreement;
(c) current tax receipt indicating home ownership; or(d) letter from a governmental agency with your current address
Additional paperwork will need to be completed once a student has been accepted. Record request forms are not sent to your child’s current school until after school is out in May.
